Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is run by Inverse Technologies Limited ("Inverse", "we"), a company based in Kampala, Uganda. We are responsible for the personal data you send us through this site.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through the contact form:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• whether you represent an organisation, and its name;
• the services you're interested in and the message you write.

This site does not use advertising trackers or sell data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our conversation. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no longer than two years if we don't end up working together. If we do work together, your details become part of our client records.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our email, and only as far as they need it to provide that service, or where the law requires us to.

Your rights

Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to how we use it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Office.
