Inverse Labs
Inverse Labs is where we research new ideas. These are the questions we are working on now. Some will become products, some will improve our client work, and some will not work out.
- ExploringWe're researching the idea and talking to people.
- PrototypingWe've built an early version and are testing it.

Can a stock system run for a week without the internet and still agree with itself afterwards?

Have an idea you want to test?
Labs also works on other people's questions. If you want to know whether an idea will work before spending a lot of money on it, this is the cheapest place to find out.
- 1Frame the question. We agree on exactly what we want to find out before we build anything.
- 2Prototype. We build the simplest version that can answer that question.
- 3Test. We test it with real users and watch how they actually use it.
- 4Decide. Based on what we learn, we decide together whether to build it, change it or stop.
- 5Build the MVP. If it works, we build a first version that people can start using.
